DELIVERY AREA

Babui Bird currently ships orders within India.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote locations, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹1,999. Any applicable shipping charge for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, dispatch and tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact babuibird@arvell.in as soon as possible. We can only change an address before dispatch and cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the matter with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Please ensure that the recipient and delivery details are accurate and that someone is available where required. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be communicated before reshipment.

This policy does not limit rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
