Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To request a return, email babuibird@arvell.in with your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used items, items damaged after delivery, and customised or personalised products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied, or return is required under applicable law. Gift cards, if offered, are not returnable. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Babui Bird will bear reasonable return-shipping costs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability. Where a direct exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

Please review our Cancellation Policy for order-cancellation requests. Requests must be made before dispatch and are effective only after confirmation from Babui Bird.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
